We share no genetic background,
But perhaps true sisterhood
is more a state of the heart
than a state of birth.

We share no history,
But the present and future
belong to us.

We share passions and dreams.
We know Husky and Wolf songs
can stir our souls.

We know the blazing sun
or golden moon illuminating
a dogyard lights up our hearts.
..
We know that being with dogs,
Loving dogs, running with dogs,
makes our spirits soar.

We know that Art can inspire us
and words can uplift us.
